Your pet ashes and fur can be carefully placed in a small zip lock bag separately with your pets name and surname on it. (Also, it will help if you provide a order number on it too. So there are no confusion).

They can be posted to or dropped them off at Shop 12/6-8 Charlotte Close, Woree 4868. (Monday to Friday, except Wednesday during their business hours)

Extra ashes and fur will be return to the owner when the product completes.

Our keepsake jewelleries are handmade. We will make sure individual pieces are matched with your sample provided with you and your pets details and order number. It is important to provide the order number with the samples.

  • $20 Express post and handling

Approximatly, 10-15 days business days from the time we received your presious furrly friend's ashes, paw print and/or Fur, plus shipping duration.

Just like other jewellery, it is best not to wet your jewellery as much as possible to maintaining the jewellery in the good condition for a long time.
